Introduction

Shengjie Ling is a Researcher and Doctoral Supervisor in the Department of Macromolecular Science at Fudan University. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. His research interests mainly focus on biomacromolecular materials and their applications in biomedical engineering. His main research directions include: 1) Combining advanced characterization techniques with computational simulations to explore the relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties of biomacromolecular materials, providing theoretical basis for material optimization design; 2) Developing novel biocompatible materials based on biomacromolecular materials and exploring their applications in flexible electronics, biomedicine, and other fields; 3) Utilizing artificial intelligence methods to assist in optimizing the structure and properties of biomacromolecular materials, promoting the rational development of high-performance fiber materials. He has published over 100 academic papers as corresponding author. He holds 7 authorized Chinese invention patents and 2 US invention patents. He has received honors including Shanghai Pudong New District Elite Talent, Pujiang Talent, Oriental Scholar (Youth Project), Shanghai Youth Top-notch Talent, Jiangsu Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent, Ruiqing Young Scholar, and Xiaomi Young Scholar.


Research Interests:
